What are Lift Off Days?
Employees are eligible for up to $500 in vacation reimbursement for transportation, lodging, entertainment, meals, and other travel-related expenses after completing a minimum of 1 year of active employment.

Vacation
Vacations should be taken during the year accrued, unless otherwise required by law. Accrued, unused vacation time will be forfeited at the end of each calendar year. Only Available to Full Time Employees.
Employees Hired between January 1 and September 1 of the current year | Accrue up to five (5) days of vacation, which are eligible for use after sixty (60) calendar days of employment. |
Employees with 1 to 4 full calendar years of employment | Accrue up to ten (10) days of vacation per year. |
Employees with 5 to 10 full calendar years of employment | Accrue up to fifteen (15) days of vacation per year. |
Employees with 11 or more years of employment | Accrue up to twenty (20) days of vacation per year. |
Personal Holiday (Floating Paid Time Off)
Available to all full-time employees with at least one full year of employment, added annually to celebrate moments like birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or any other occasion that is meaningful to you.
Sick Time | Receive up to five (5) paid sick days each year. Sick days must be used in increments of at least 4 hours for salaried employees and 1 hour for hourly employees. |
Long-Term Sick | Accrued and unused sick days will be carried over each annual year as eligible for use. Full-time employees can carry over a maximum of ten long-term sick leave days. Upon reaching the maximum accrual all unused sick time is forfeited. Long-term sick leave must be used in increments of at least 8 hours. |
Retirement Plan
- Eligible employees are able to participate in Lift Off Distribution’s retirement plan after 1 year of employment. Plan participants may make pre-tax contributions to a retirement account.
- Employer matching contributions up to 4% of employee salary.
- First-time users should log in using their social security number as the username and the last 4 digits of their social security number as the password.

Employee Referral Awards
Lift Off Distribution encourages employees to refer qualified candidates for job openings. All employees—except managers in the referral’s chain of command —are eligible for a referral award.
- To qualify, the applicant must list the referring employee on their job application.
- If the referred candidate is hired as a regular full-time employee and completes 12 months of service, and the referring employee is still with the company, a gross monetary award of $2,000 is given.
